Tatsushi Iwano founded Loadstar Capital in 2012, and is currently the President of Loadstar Capital.
Prior to Loadstar Capital, he was a Director at Rockpoint Management Japan LLC, where he led Rockpoint's real estate investments in Japan (approx. JPY 50Bn equity, or JPY 300Bn asset). From 2000 to 2004, he served at Goldman Sachs Realty Japan Ltd., where he was responsible for both acquisition and asset management of real estate related investments. He started his career at Japan Real Estate Institute, where he served as a real estate appraiser.

Naoyuki Kubo was named Executive Director in March 2019.
Since Joining Loadstar Capital in 2014, he has been responsible for Investment Sourcing & Disposition Department.
Prior to Loadstar Capital, he worked at Japan Real Estate Institute for 15 years, mostly recently as a Director and took a lead for Global valuations. Prior to Japan Real Estate Institute, he worked at the Norinchukin Bank for 2 years.

Takuya Kawabata has been our Chief Financial Officer since January 2019, and was named Executive Director in March 2021.
Since joining Loadstar Capital in 2016, he has overseen budget, accounting and finance management. He has also been engaged in investor relations. He played a key role when the company’s listing shifted from the Mothers to the PRIME market in 2022.
Prior to Loadstar Capital, he belonged to the Financial Business Division at ERNST & YOUNG SHINNIHON LLC and was engaged in accounting audits and internal control audits of NYSE listed financial institutions, real estate companies, REIT, etc.
