The Group applies the same compensation system among men and women and treats all employees equally. Regarding personnel evaluation, we use the same criteria for all employees, and there is no difference in personnel systems between men and women. The main reasons for the wage difference between male and female employees are due to the difference in employment status, as well as limited supply for certain specialized occupations in the labor market.
